Spice is Nice
- Our Winter Holiday metheglin made from honey, cranberries, and a rich pallet of spices.
- This dry wine maintains a balance between the cranberry’s natural tartness and the complexity of our signature spice blend and honey.
- A rich crimson body reminiscent of the cranberry and delightful nose makes this a favourite aperitif. It also pairs well with a charcuterie plate and is a lovely counterpoint to dark chocolate treats. Some of our bold customers serve with sage rich turkey, stuffing, and mashed potatoes spiked with a little aged, white cheddar.
- Store cool and serve chilled or mull gently with citrus rounds and star anise as well as honey and brandy to taste.
Note: If you like your mulled wine extra spicy, add whole cloves and sticks of cinnamon. Warm longer for the flavours to deepen, or just a few minutes for a milder blend. Remember never to boil your mixture.
