Our Mistral mead is light bodied and pale gold as well as has hints of earthy, apricot and butterscotch aromas. It’s gentle on the palette and warming. A lovely aperitif, it pairs beautifully with smoky cheeses and other charcuterie. We also love to pair the Mistral with with garlic green beens, roasted potatoes and chicken cordon blue. Or squeeze in grapefruit, orange or lime juice to make an exceptional mead cocktail. Serve chilled and enjoy!
